Ontario Justice Ministries
The Ontario Justice Ministries includes the three provincial ministries responsible for the police, court, and jail systems. With 800 offices across Ontario, the Justice Ministries are the province's largest government cluster and employ more than 25,000 people. They needed to save money and focus on the core business of justice administration, so following a broader governmental move they decided to outsource those functions that were not directly related to the delivery of their core services. However, they needed a way to monitor the performance of those service providers to ensure that they delivered according to their contracted service level agreements. |
